GROUP & TEAM FACILITATION

FACILITATION is all about helping the group gain clarity, solve problems, and reach agreement faster so they can spend more time executing the plan. It is a skill that is honed over years of working with groups that, at first, didn't know how to manage differing and sometimes conflictual ideas, convictions, and priorities within a group. But everyone knows that when you fail to plan as a group, you plan to fail. Facilitators help groups mediate when there is conflict. Challenge the group to move through when they are at an impasse.
